I’m a person who gets nervous rather easily and I have tried many courses to try to help me with this in the past, but none have explained things as clearly and helped me make actual tangible changes in my behaviour and confidence like this one. I don’t have to speak publicly in my life, but my work includes talking face to face to people both in person and online and I have to say that the skills taught in this course are immensely helpful and so many of them can be easily applied to any situation in which I have to communicate confidently. I have been extremely busy and so taking this course very slowly, but the lecturer gives such clear explanations that I’ve found that I was able to assimilate the tips and put them into practice even after just watching the video once, and remember them for when I had time to resume. Another great thing about how this course is made is that the lecturer doesn’t just talk about theory which is then hard to translate into practice, but he leads you through several simple exercises to help let the information sink in and thanks to this I’ve noticed I’ve even started to make changes throughout my daily life, according to his tips! Some of the tips seem really small and insignificant but they do make a huge difference - I love how the course breaks it down into easy steps that together make you feel so much more confident, I never would have believed that I can reduce my anxiety so easily as I am constantly nervous when talking to people!! "I first heard about David's course from a friend, who is very into how to get better at public speaking. After listening to the introduction of the course, I signed up to it - you got me right there. David explains everything step by step and introduces a lot of good exercises which are easy to integrate into your everyday life. What I like best about the course, is its really good structure and attention to details. Also, he gives a lot of examples of what errors he typically sees when people speak in public. This turned out to be one of the best things - I always hear David's voice in my head when I am doing something that is not optimal for my performance. Would love to have more courses teached by David!"
